Today I am going to share the incident of HDFC bank Credit Card Section. One Person has appllied for credit card In h HDFC. He also gave all necessary documenta to HDFC bank executive. All of a sudden He got messege from bank that Date of Birth proof not given.Even after providing PAN, Adhaar and Icard they ask that no DOB proof attached. What they want is actually a good question.Also the person got digital verification link to digitally verify the account which is actually run by third larty company. Now the main problem starts person ask HDFC person he didn't get the reply. the moral of the story is whenever you dealing with HDFC bank be careful about your privacy.Also if you are giving documents take receipt of the application as well as tracking ID.
